privacy information for toriel.ai
Toriel.ai is currently a public information site. It does not offer user accounts, self-serve product access, or public upload-and-process workflows.
Toriel Technologies Ltd is the controller responsible for personal data processed through this website. We are an Irish company (company number 796356) with a registered address at Venture Hub, 136 Capel Street, Dublin D01 T2C9, Ireland. You can contact us about privacy at privacy@toriel.ai.
What we collect
The public site does not provide account registration, self-serve product onboarding, or public upload-and-process workflows. We may process contact details and correspondence you send by email; aggregate website analytics; and routine technical request data processed by our hosting and security providers to deliver and protect the site.
Why we use it
We use this information to operate, secure, and improve the site; understand aggregate page usage; respond to inquiries; explore a potential business relationship at your request; and meet legal or record-keeping obligations. Depending on the context, our lawful bases are our legitimate interests in operating and protecting the website and conducting our business, steps requested before entering a contract, and compliance with legal obligations.
Analytics and cookies
We use Plausible to understand aggregate site usage and page-level activity. In the current implementation, Plausible analytics is cookie-free and does not use persistent identifiers or store visitor IP addresses. We do not use the public site for advertising tracking or individual behavioral profiling.
Who receives the data
We use service providers for website hosting, analytics, and email, including IONOS, Plausible, and Google. Those providers process data on our behalf or under their own applicable terms. We may also share information with professional advisers, regulators, courts, or law enforcement where reasonably necessary or legally required. We do not sell personal data.
International transfers
Plausible states that its website analytics data is processed and stored in the European Union. Some email or other service-provider processing may take place outside the European Economic Area. Where data protection law requires safeguards for a transfer, we rely on an adequacy decision, standard contractual clauses, or another lawful transfer mechanism as appropriate.
How long we keep it
We retain correspondence and related business records only for as long as reasonably necessary for the conversation, relationship, security, legal, or record-keeping purpose involved. Retention depends on the nature of the inquiry, whether a commercial relationship develops, and any legal obligations that apply.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may have rights to access, correct, erase, restrict, or object to our use of your personal data, and to receive portable data. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it. You may exercise your rights by emailing privacy@toriel.ai. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.
Complaints and automated decisions
You may complain to the Irish Data Protection Commission at dataprotection.ie. This website does not make decisions about visitors based solely on automated processing that produce legal or similarly significant effects.
